GSK wanted Senior Leaders to have the right knowledge to demonstrate the proper quality culture that will support and strengthen data integrity throughout the organization.
We put together the content to help them have a clear understanding of what data integrity is and how it impacts patient safety, the current expectations of the Health Authorities, what happens as a consequence of data integrity issues, and the responsibility as a leader to ensuring data integrity.

SERVICE: INTERACTIVE / BRANCHED / HYBRID eLearning Virtual Course Development
We collaborated with Novartis Global GxP Compliance to develop a hybrid learning program that was delivered via interactive branched eLearning and virtual workshops.
Learners go through a 30 minute eLearning scenario and bring the downloaded worked examples to the virtual workshop for facilitated discussions.

SERVICE: ADVANCED STORYTELLING eLearning Development
The Effective Design and Management of Training Curricula was designed to harmonize the management of training curricula across a wide network and provide the resources needed to determine how to design role-based training. By creating a comparison between two microbiologist starting work on the same day, we illustratewhat happens when associates are over assigned training, have no idea what to complete first, and can’t get to doing their job because they are buried in training assignments.
This eLearning includes motion graphics, animation, concepts and facts, as well as downloadable resources to conduct face to face Decision Maker workshops to get the right training to the right people at the right time.

SERVICE: INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP DESIGN
We collaborated with IPSEN Senior Leaders to develop a 2 hour workshop that allows participants to explore why associates behave the way they do. We started by pulsing the organization to getting a better understanding of where they landed in the Quality Culture maturity model. Once we established the maturity level and identified common issues, we developed a 2 hour experience for Senior Leaders. Participants explored common pitfalls along with behaviors that can be used to influence these pitfalls and developed action plans to address the top 5. Together, the cohort completed Quality Culture scorecard and developed ways in which they would hold each other accountable.
The time flew by and the workshop brought issues to life while providing Senior Leaders with a plan of how to reduce the probability of these issues from occurring.

SERVICE: CARTOON CAMPAIGN
We developed 5 key quality behaviors needed in a pharmaceutical start up moving from academia into clinical development. Through fun illustrations and a corresponding email campaign, associates became more aware of the right behaviors needed to encourage patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
